Jeff Ehney
CEO
Mr. Ehney has been in FinTech over 25 yrs. He pioneered the prepaid card industry when he launched a Visa Reward Card program for Sprint, and then a Visa Gift Card website. He made an acquisition of a division of a public company, and launched businesses in three foreign countries. Mr. Ehney began his career working with real estate developers. He was part of a fabless semiconductor startup while an Associate Professor at Washington University. Mr. Ehney is a native of Kansas City and lives in Ft Lauderdale. He holds a degree in Finance from Abilene Christian University.

Axel Rivera
CFO
Mr. Rivera is a Finance & Real Estate expert and was drawn to FinTech when looking for a better way to deliver payments for a friend’s business in Puerto Rico. Mr. Rivera was a Consultant to The Cornerstone Group and assisted them in a $2.4 billion sale to Blackstone. He managed an office for Wells Fargo Securities in Miami and has been in the financial services industry for over 35 years. Mr. Rivera is from New York and resides in Fort Lauderdale. He holds his Series 7, 24 & 63 FINRA licenses, and has a Finance degree from Pace University.

Susie Yan
COO
Ms. Yan is an operations executive, and was COO of a leading incentive card company. Ms. Yan also had administrative roles for Missouri State University, a Taiwanese-based publisher, and a Thai-French clothing manufacturer. A native of Kansas City, Ms. Yan lives in Columbia, MO. She holds a degree in Merchandising from Abilene Christian University.

Kyle Poyser
CMO
Mr. Poyser helped to design Paystep’s user interface while working at an online marketing firm. He is a talented graphic designer and artist capable in working in various mediums. His designs can be found on T-Shirts, coffee mugs, and in Miami Art Galleries. Mr. Poyser is a native of South Florida and lives in Ft Lauderdale. He holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from The Atlanta College of Art.

Dmitry Orel
CTO
Mr. Orel has led technology initiatives for company such as Sony, MuleSoft, DNAnexus, and Illumina. He also led the team that designed one of the most popular gaming apps of all time with nearly 3 billion downloads, Candy Crush. He also enjoys working on pet (pun intended) projects such as www.puppod.com. As a Systems Architect and AI Generalist, Mr. Orel is an effective team leader delivering value for early stage companies from funding to acquisition. Mr. Orel is from Dnipro, Ukraine, and now lived in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Debra Jovanovic
Account Executive
Ms. Jovanovic was an account executive at a leading prepaid Visa card company where she worked with Fortune 5000 clients. Prior to that Ms. Jovanovic worked in customer service for Western Union and MetLife. She lives in St Louis and holds a degree from Northeast Missouri State University.

John Songjune Lee
Mr. Lee is a Silicon Valley entrepreneur, investor, and co-founder of Paysteps. He was an early investor and Board Member in Tallie (acquired by Nexonia). He is also the Founder and former CEO of Xtime. Xtime was acquired by Cox Automotive for $325 million in 2014. Mr. Lee holds a MS in Electrical Engineering and an MBA from Stanford. He is from Kansas City and lives in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Jean Marc Meunier
Mr. Meunier is a developer and real estate investor. Over his career with Bouygues Immobilier, Majid Al Futtaim and Constructa, he has overseen the development of projects totaling $15 billion. His projects include Mary Brickell Village and CocoWalk in Miami, and The Sofitel Hotels in Chicago, Philadelphia, and NY. He also managed the Sovereign Fund of Sharjah, where he developed a master planned community. A native of Chamonix, France, Mr. Meunier lives in Ft Lauderdale.
Steve Ernst
Mr. Ernst is a premier consultant in Systems Architecture, Cybersecurity, PCI, and Data Analytics. His company purchase of irs.com, represented at the time, the most-ever paid for a domain. Mr. Ernst has a BS in Computer Science from University of Nebraska. He is a native of Omaha and lives in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Tony Bebee
Mr. Bebee is a respected Business Process Management Consultant whose clients include Ryder, World Fuel, American Petroleum Institute, and Ultimate Kronos Group. Mr. Bebee has a BS in Marketing from USF and an MBA from FSU. He is a native of Grand Rapids, MI and lives in Tampa.

Paysteps is supported by a number of partners. We’re connected to Corpay, a service of FleetCor (NYSE: FLT) for compliance and global money remittance. Our FinTech partner is XTRM. We maintain relationships with several card aggregators including Blackhawk, Tango Card, and others for access to downloadable eGift Cards and virtual prepaid cards. The merchant cards are issued by the respective merchants, but are not partners or participants in our program. The virtual prepaid cards obtained over our network are either issued by Bank First or MetaBank under license from Visa International or MasterCard. Western Union is a service provided by Western Union Financial Services, Inc. Our corporate banking partner is Busy Bank of St Louis. Funds for orders are typically held at Bank of America.
